This depends completely on the prize that you win, often times we are unable to offer a cash alternative, however please feel free to ask, as in some circumstances we may be able to offer a cash alternative.

Depending on the prize we will either hand-deliver the prize or use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® to deliver all prizes. Should the prize be too large or valuable to send by mail, we will arrange for it to be delivered personally. For car raffles, depending on where you live, we will either pay your travel expenses for you to come and collect your car, or arrange for the vehicle to be delivered.
We choose our prizes carefully and use carefully selected providers and reputable companies to ensure that all of our prizes are exactly as described in each raffle.
You can view all of your purchased tickets as well as your order history through your account (go to My Account > My Tickets or My Orders). You will also receive your tickets via email at the time of purchase.
If you’re the lucky winner of one of our competitions, you will be notified in a number of ways. You will receive an e-mail and/or a call letting you know you have won and what the next steps are. You will also be able to see your name printed on the website as a winner. It is vital that you keep your email and telephone details up to date, if we are unable to contact a winner within 21 days of a raffle ending, we reserve the right to re-run the draw and pick a new winner.
All entries are final, and you will not be able to withdraw from a raffle after you have entered.
No matter how many of the tickets are sold, we will always give the prize away. We do not extend draw deadlines or cancel draws.
Our raffles run for a fixed number of days, and the duration of each raffle is specified on our website, when you click on a competition, there will be a clear countdown of the time left before the draw.
Your odds depend on how many tickets are up for sale on the particular raffle. For example, if 100 tickets are available in total and you purchase 20 tickets, you will have a 1 in 5 chance of winning the raffle, or even better if it doesn’t sell out! We will always clearly state how many entries are available for each raffle so you can get an idea of your odds before entering.
